Community partnerships play a crucial role in providing SASS with hands-on learning experiences in the field, in university laboratories, and by experiencing and learning from places with rich archaeological and cultural value.

The National Park Service, The University of Arizona, and multiple community and cultural locations allow us to learn about archaeology, both in the field and behind the scenes, to understand the important role it plays in understanding the past peoples and their cultures.
